Post-Partum Depression and Anxiety Research Study
Six women struggling with Post-Partum Mood Disorders received 5 weeks of free CranioSacral Therapy as part of a research study conducted by Dr. Jackie Hines.
The research focused on the impact CST can have on improving self-reported symptoms of Post-Partum Depression and Anxiety. The outcomes revealed positive changes as reported by the women in the study. The data is being reviewed for statistical significance.
