The second article is a research study published in the Indian Journal of Occupational Therapy. In the article, Effectiveness of Combined approach of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Sensory-Integration Therapy (SIT) on reducing the features in Children with Autism, it was found that the combined approach was better than SIT alone. The conclusion reported that CST can be incorporated in the usual practice to get better improvement in autism. http://medind.nic.in/iba/t15/i1/ibat15i1p3.pdf
Personally, I have found that CST is very helpful in individuals on the Autistic Spectrum.
