"It is almost impossible to explain the collapsing feeling of back pain, at any level. I spent a majority of my life in constant pain and discomfort. My condition was one where surgery was inevitable. Dr. Hines was my rock through it all. She not only gave me the maximum relief before we decided that surgery was my only course of action, but also prepped me physically and, more importantly, mentally for the spinal fusion that I had earlier this year. Dr. Hines was there for me to get me through some very painful moments in my life, and, now that I have had a successful surgery, she is still there to work with me and give me the best chance of feeling pain free and positive. I could not have gotten to such a better place without her."

“Dr. Jackie helped prepare both my husband and daughter for their tongue-tie releases, and she also treated me for headaches. She was absolutely wonderful and always goes above and beyond for her patients. So knowledgeable and supportive. We highly recommend her!”

Dr. Jackie is amazing! My 4 month old had skull asymmetry and his head was favoring one side when he was on his back. After a session or two we no longer noticed a side preference and within a few more weeks his skull looked so much better. She was able to work with my son while he was nursing and playing on my lap which made visits super easy! Highly recommend!

“Jackie worked with our daughter who has unique needs. Jackie was able to engage her in therapy that was fun and allowed Cameron to feel amazing not different. Our daughter still considers Jackie a friend and it’s been 2 years since she was in therapy.”

“Jackie’s energy, professionalism and knowledge allowed our son Logan to reach milestones and exceed the expectations of his genetic syndrome. We are forever grateful that she was part of our family's journey and wouldn’t be where we are today without her. We love you Jackie!“

"When I went to Jackie I was having bad headaches due to my concussion. I was in and out of school for many weeks, and I had been to many doctors. After one session of CranioSacral Therapy, I started to feel better. It was definitely the turning point in my recovery, and I am very thankful to Jackie for helping me. I am a big believer in the healing power of this therapy and would highly recommend it."

“ I have been seeing Dr. Jackie for about 10 years. I credit her with keeping my disease under control. Her hands are magic. She can relieve the pressure in my head when it’s full. She can tell where I’m hurting by feeling something in my feet. And then she fixes it! I don’t know the medical terminology or how it works, but it does! Dr. Jackie is kind, compassionate and an expert in her field. I highly recommend her.”

"While I was trying to conceive, I decided to give craniosacral therapy a try! My initial reaction to getting craniosacral therapy, was skepticism. However, after my first session, I felt so relaxed. I left feeling different about the therapy. Who would have known such light touch could make a huge difference. I went back for two more sessions and each session was different yet rejuvenating. I asked Jackie questions and she was very knowledgeable and informative. Great treatments and bedside manner for helping me attain my end goal!"

"My infant daughter seems to be a little more comfortable! She isn't screaming as much at night. Her eyes are also the same size! Jackie definitely helped her (and us)."

“‘Magic hands’ are the words my lactation consultant used when describing Dr. Jackie’s work, and those two words couldn’t be more true. Not only does Dr. Jackie have “magic hands”, she has a magic heart that is so evident when working with her. I saw Dr. Jackie right after my daughter’s tongue and lip tie release at 1 month old. I was a newly postpartum mom and desperately wanted to nurse my daughter and have her be happy and comfortable. Dr. Jackie was comforting and supportive and after our first appointment I knew we were both in the best hands for a successful outcome. I see an instant difference in my daughter every time we have an appointment with Dr. Jackie. Dr. Jackie’s passion, techniques, and skills are unmatched. Her knowledge extends well beyond physical therapy; she is a mother herself and you can feel how much she genuinely cares for all of her patients. I am forever grateful that our paths crossed with Dr. Jackie and her “magic hands” and that she helped me and my daughter during such a vulnerable time. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackie to anyone I know.”

“I began seeing Dr. Jaquelyn Hines when I was 17, after suffering a severe concussion from soccer. At that point, I had exhausted every other treatment option without finding real relief. Within just a few months of starting craniosacral therapy with her, I felt better than I had in years. Even as a college student, with all the stress and demands that come with that stage of life, I would make it a priority to see Dr. Jackie during breaks. Each time, her work successfully restored my well-being and helped me feel balanced again. Five years later, I’m still so grateful for the care she provides. Her expertise and compassionate approach made an incredible difference in my recovery, and I can confidently say her treatments were life-changing for me.”

“I had the privilege of receiving CST from Jackie and Jessica as a team for intensive sessions. What I experienced was a very deep reawakening of my core strength and energy. The session was a couple weeks ago but each day I feel a further expansion and revealing of my inner strength, wisdom, and resilience. I see it in myself, in relationships, and physically. Physically, I was at a point where my bowels were stopping to function gradually over a period of about a year. I saw gastroenterology and had numerous colonics and was taking supplements and exercising regularly to assist…nothing was helping; my bowels were on strike. Within a few days of the intensive, my bowel function is back and I take no supplements. This feels nothing short of miraculous…. really life saving. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with them.”

“My baby had her lip and tongue tie revised at 5 days old. There were some improvements in symptoms but we were still struggling. I contacted Dr. Jackie and she was able to get us in right away. After a thorough evaluation she started working on my daughter. Her technique was so gentle that the baby fell asleep while she worked. By the time we got home baby was ready to feed, I noticed an immediate improvement with her latch and milk transfer. For the first time since her birth my daughter was relaxed, moving her head side to side and not struggling to latch. Dr. Jackie showed me some exercises to continue the work at home between visits."

"I took my 2 month old, Mia, to Dr. Jackie before and after she had her lip and tongue ties corrected. Not only does Dr. Jackie have such a way with kids, she has healing hands! Before seeing Dr. Jackie, Mia would seem uncomfortable and nurse fitfully - she would stop and start over and over - and she seemed very “tight” in her neck/upper body. I saw such an improvement in all of Mia’s symptoms immediately following each visit and am happy to say that her issues have completely resolved. I can’t recommend Dr. Jackie enough!!"

"My son was born with a Upper Lip Tie and a Posterior Tongue Tie that caused us to struggle with nursing. We had laser revision at two weeks old and did some body work afterwards. Looking back, we really needed more bodywork. Nursing has gone exceptionally well, but fast forward to 18 months and he has had a lot of trouble with solids, had some balance issues and visual asymmetry, and I’m seeing decay in his front teeth, which I attribute to tightness around his mouth and through his body to his left side. Finally, we went back to Dr. Hines after struggling and failing to find conventional ways to help our son we have seen immediate improvement. The day after his CST session he was eating better, moving better and sleeping better. After the second session, he has not stopped eating and has not choked on food once. I could cry writing this. Finally seeing my child enjoy food and not struggle and scream in frustration is beyond amazing for us. We are hoping he won’t need additional therapies and progress will continue. I’m still shocked and so grateful that two sessions of CST have made such a dramatic change in my sweet baby. I just feel horrible that we didn’t go back sooner."

“I first took my son to Dr. Jackie when he was 3 months old to be evaluated for oral ties. She treated him before the release and afterwards. It was scary and uncharted waters for my husband and I, but Dr. Jackie guided us every step of the way. I saw immediate improvement after each session; released torticollis and left side fascial restriction, symmetry in his eyes, face and head, improved sleep, improved digestion and a happy disposition. Following oral ties release, his swallow and latch at the breast was better and my supply was steady. My son would've been labeled the classic colicky baby had I not pursued CST and worked on releasing the tensions and restrictions that were present in his body from utero.
Fast forward, my son is now a well adjusted and very happy 4 year old. He was able to breastfeed to 4 years old despite the ties present at birth. I believe CST has deeply impacted him on a neurological level. He genuinely loves and feels safe in her hands.
Dr. Jackie brings both her expertise and her intuition into each session, so that each session is customized to the patient in that moment. Unlike many professionals who claim to respect a mother's voice, she has truly respected my autonomy as a mother and boosted my confidence that I will make the right choices, intuitively.
Having an effective method to regulate my child's developing nervous system is worth its weight in gold.
We love Dr. Jackie so much and are grateful beyond words for having found her!”

“ As a fellow provider, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Jackie Hines for the past year and a half through co-treatments, case consultations, and her mentorship in craniosacral therapy. In every interaction, Jackie brings an integrative lens that effortlessly blends evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of function, physiology, and the nervous system.
Her ability to truly connect with patients is unmatched. I’ve watched infants who arrived visibly uncomfortable—bodies tight, in obvious pain—melt into ease under her hands. I’ve seen babies’ head shapes shift towards optimal shape, neck engagement improve, and muscular activation shift toward more functional patterns. The changes are not just clinically significant; they are meaningful for the families who finally feel hopeful after long, stressful journeys.
Jackie is also an exceptional collaborator. She communicates clearly across disciplines, values shared insight, and creates an environment where every provider feels heard. Her grounded presence and intuitive understanding of the body enrich every session, and her vast professional network reflects the respect she’s earned in the broader integrative community.
Simply put, Jackie practices at a level of depth and connection that elevates everyone around her—patients and providers alike. It has been an honor to work alongside her, learn from her, and witness the profound impact she has on the children and families she serves.”
